How does a club join?

1. Fill out this membership form
2. Provide one member to be a part of the Mercer X Executive Board
3. Give ONE workshop a semester in the Mercer XLab for all students to learn (use as a recruitment tool!)
4. Attend at least ONE joint meeting to discuss best practices (topic determined by E-board)
5. Provide a well-kept portfolio of Mercer XLab-related projects, data, schematics, etc. for YOUR future club members in Mercer X-approved database (coming soon)
6. Sign Code-of-Conduct (coming soon) and adhere to principles

Why a Clubhouse?

• To provide the requested space and time to learn and grow together in electronic sophistication to solve common problems
• Provide storage for electronic-based projects
• Improve recruitment and retention
• Provide workshop space
• Provide digital infrastructure to keep essential knowledge
• Share best practices
• To have a space to learn from each other
